How Our Print-on-Demand Process Works

To offer you the highest quality product while staying eco-friendly, all of our colouring books are lovingly printed to order through our printing partner, Book vault.

Instead of sitting in a warehouse, your book is freshly printed, bound, and packaged the moment you place your order. This means less waste and a beautiful, brand-new book delivered straight to your door!

1. Production Time (Printing & Binding)

• Standard Turnaround: It typically takes 3 to 5 business days for your coloring book to be printed and pass quality control before it is handed over to the shipping courier.

• Note: During peak holiday seasons, production may take slightly longer (up to 7 business days).

2. Estimated Shipping Times

Once your book has been printed and dispatched, transit times depend on your location:

• UK Orders: 2 to 5 business days

• Europe / EU Orders: 3 to 7 business days

• US & Canada Orders: 5 to 14 business days

• Rest of the World: 7 to 21 business days

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our system links directly to the print studio to get your order moving as fast as possible, there is a very short window for adjustments. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once a book has entered the printing press, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify the order.

Our Refund & Return Policy

Because our colouring books are freshly printed to order through our printing partner, Bookvault, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order by mistake.

However, we want you to completely love your coloring experience! If there is an issue with your order, we are absolutely here to make it right.

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your book arrives with manufacturing defects (like printing errors or binding issues) or was damaged during transit, please let us know right away!

• What to do: Email us at [Your Email Address] within 14 days of receiving your package. 

• What to include: Please provide your order number and a clear photo showing the damage or defect.

• Our promise: Once verified, we will happily arrange for a brand-new replacement copy to be printed and shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Because our system sends orders directly to the printing press to ensure fast delivery, we have a very small window for changes. If you need to cancel your order or fix a shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once a book has entered production, the order cannot be altered or canceled.
